the problem....

the problem with most non-profits....  is that there is really no incentive to help you....  eye hate to pick on the american diabetes foundation (ada)....  but it is easy to use them as an example....  there is NO incentive for them to cure you disease....  there is NO incentive for them to cure diabetes....  in fact....  there is actually more incentive for them to make the problem worse....  if more people have diabetes....  then people will support them....  and....  the more revenue they will make....  IF....  they actually cure diabetes....  and the diabetes rate drops....  and eventually diabetes dissappears....  what happens to the american diabetes foundation....  it goes out of business....  right....  everybody who works for the ada is out of a job....  who in their right mind wants to work their way out of a job....  it is scary to lose your job....  especially if it is a well paying job....  will you find another job....  will you find another job that pays as much....  so.... you see my point....  eye am not saying that the ada is nefarious....  and....  they are not going to try to help you....  and....  they are not going to try to find a cure....  however....  what eye am saying....  is....  that the incentive is not there....  that....  their individual goals might not be alinged with the goals of their customers....

that is why....  this non-profit is going to be run in a way unlike any other non-profit out there....  we are going to ALIGN the goals of our employees with the goals of our customers....
